Job Description
Senior Customer Program Manager AI Datacenter
We are seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager AI Datacenter to support the planning and execution of technical and operational programs for key partners. You will be a key member of NVIDIA's Customer Program Management Team focused on driving collaboration with major enterprise customers, cloud service providers, Tier-1 partners, and OEMs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and turning points aligned with customer roadmaps.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for cross-functional teams.
- Provide horizontal leadership to drive execution of complex global programs.
- Act as the primary customer interface for kick-offs, design reviews, and status updates.
- Drive program execution from design through production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Offer post-deployment support by managing field quality issues and high priority concerns.
- Monitor production schedules and collaborate with manufacturers to resolve operational issues.
- Communicate program health, risks, and key issues to customers and internal partners.
What We Need To See
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 8-10+ years of program/project management experience in semiconductor, IT, automotive, or embedded systems industries.
- Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development with OEMs and cloud service providers.
- Proven track record of managing global programs through complete lifecycles into production.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to work in diverse, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
