What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Business Development Manager, Global AI Initiatives
You will play a pivotal role in driving NVIDIA's Global Public Sector (GPS) Industry Business Development (IBD) plan, collaborating closely with field sales, solution architects, and developer relations teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the HQ Global Public Sector (GPS) Industry Business Development (IBD) plan in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams.
- Training NVIDIA Sales and NVIDIA Partner Network (NPNs) on strategy, sales motion, and Go-To-Market (GTM) assets.
- Ensuring strategies have the necessary conditions (tools, enablement, training) for successful field and GTM execution.
- Advocating for and aligning HQ technical, business, and sales enablement resources across NVIDIA and its partners for mutual success.
- Assisting sales in engaging the right partners for specific deals.
- Understanding regional needs to champion and disseminate global GPS case studies, blueprints, partner enablement, and event support.
- Serving as an industry authority for sales calls with Account Managers, visiting customers, and understanding their use cases, budgets, and buying intent.
- Maintaining internal reporting data on sales activities, including trackers, management updates, pipeline development, and sales progression reports for GPS IBD plan goals.
- Working with Regions and Segments on account coverage, pipeline, revenue targets, and progress reports.
- Providing region-specific case studies and assets to global GPS sales enablement programs, in collaboration with marketing and sales operations.
- Continuously maintaining and updating GTM and sales assets.
- Developing target account lists with regional account owners, ensuring account plan development and execution, running opportunity reviews for key deals, and helping close major transactions.
- Collaborating with Region leadership to identify "Light House Accounts" – government agencies adopting AI at the forefront.
- Representing NVIDIA's voice in industry forums and events.
- Developing and maintaining tools and templates for various engagements to grow GPU adoption and customer wallet share in the NVIDIA platform.
- Providing guidance and leadership to Developer Relations (DevRel) to increase platform adoption strategies.
- Monitoring and developing emerging use cases to cultivate new vertical opportunities.
What We Need To See
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading University; Master’s degree or MBA is desirable.
- 10+ years of business development experience in hi-tech, focused on selling technology solutions.
- Strong customer/partner relationship skills, proven across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills, including market assessment capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Understanding and expert delivery of key features, product messages, and positioning.
