Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

As a Product Program Manager, System LPU at NVIDIA, you will lead technical program management efforts for a specific product, ensuring team alignment across its entire lifecycle—from ideation, development, and qualification to manufacturing, launch, and ongoing sustenance.

You will be responsible for driving priorities to meet product schedule and achievement targets, proactively identifying and escalating any risks or obstacles. This role involves close collaboration with a diverse, matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other functions to address gaps and resolve issues efficiently. A key aspect of your role will be communicating product status effectively to various internal teams, including executive leadership. You will apply your technical judgment to work with large, cross-functional teams, ensuring the flawless execution of projects.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Proven experience in establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
  • Solid foundation in project, program, or product management, paired with excellent communication abilities and a background collaborating with technical leadership to create systems, solutions, and products.
  • A culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • 3+ years of experience in successfully delivering products from concept through launch.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including complex infrastructure software for hyperscale data centers (coordinating activities between hardware and software organizations is highly desirable).
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in an engineering or business field.
  • PM Certification/training is a plus.
