What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct user experience studies analyzing road users behavior to inspire product decisions
- Closely work with product and engineering teams to define the product based on the studies
- Drive execution across eng and operation teams
- Tie the issues to root causes and solutions in issue management system (JIRA)
What We Need To See
- Pursuing an MBA (graduating in Dec 2026 or spring 2027)
- Deep knowledge of issue management tools (i.e. JIRA)
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automotive engineering
- Knowledge or experience with AV products
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Deep knowledge of L2/3 autonomous driving systems
- Deep understanding of categorizing incoming product level issues into useful categories
- Deep knowledge of driving product engineering stack
- Previous experience working in or closely with a Product Management team.
