Manager, Developer Technology

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a team of skilled performance engineers collaborating with the developer community to unlock the full potential of NVIDIA's CPUs and GPUs. You will work to modernize data centers by researching and developing innovative techniques to save cost and power while optimizing complex workloads in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Driving Innovation: Research and develop algorithms for performance optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Influence software design and architecture roadmap.
- Team Growth: Build and mentor a world-class distributed performance team.
- Collaboration: Partner with leadership, research teams, and cross-functional partners.
What We Need To See
Applicants should possess an MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field, with over 7 years of experience, including leadership roles. Experience in low-level performance optimization using CUDA, C/C++ programming, deep understanding of CPU and GPU architectures, and proven team building are required.
Ways To Stand Out
A PhD and extensive background in memory and storage technologies will be highly valued.
Additional Information
This is an existing vacancy with applications accepted until January 24, 2026. Base salary ranges vary based on level and location. In addition to competitive salary, equity and benefits are offered.
