Manager, AI Agents and Applied Research

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, AI agent developers, and researchers.
• Product Engineering: Collaborate with hardware, architecture, and research teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and architect agentic AI solutions.
• Applied Research: Monitor AI trends, review academic papers and blogs, and convert insights to production features.
• Agent Architecture: Design scalable frameworks for AI agent interaction in complex environments.
• SW-Focused MLOps & Production Deployment: Define software lifecycles for AI models and ensure seamless CI/CD and secure deployments.

Requirements

Candidates should have an MSc, Ph.D., or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with over 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience and at least 3 years of managerial experience. Expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, and LlamaIndex is required. Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI/ML, High-Performance Computing (HPC), building autonomous agents, and developing internal productivity tools will be considered a plus.
