Role Overview
NVIDIA is seeking a Global Trade Classification Analyst to join its worldwide Global Trade Compliance team. The role focuses on export control classification, tariff classification, and supporting global shipping transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal processes for classifying NVIDIA’s products.
- Assign Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) for hardware and software.
- Determine tariff classifications (HTS and schedule B) for products.
- Support global shipping transactions and product dispositions.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve classification efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in export classification in the high-tech industry.
- Expertise in product classification (HS-Code / ECCN) and U.S. EAR.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with software and large language model (LLM) development.
- Experience implementing process improvements and system streamlining.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
