About the Role
NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of Technical Developer Relations leads. This team will focus on engaging with startups and software partners building AI agents and generative AI applications across various industries. Your primary mission will be to identify innovative startups and software developers creating AI agent-powered tools or native LLM/multimodal applications, and demonstrate how NVIDIA's software platforms can significantly enhance their performance and inference capabilities. What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary technical contact for startups and developers working on native LLM and multi-modal applications, or those looking to integrate AI Agents into their existing products.
- Assist developers in effectively utilizing NVIDIA's tools for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Triton Inference Server, TensorRT-LLM, NeMo Framework, and CUDA-accelerated pipelines, to optimize model performance and scalability.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sample applications, tutorials, and technical content that showcase best practices for building with LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with solution architects to benchmark performance improvements and provide support for tuning the performance of LLM deployments across NVIDIA platforms.
- Guide startups through the process of integrating with NVIDIA’s Generative AI stack and support their journey towards NVIDIA partner program certification.
- Represent NVIDIA at industry events, customer meetings, developer meetups, and hackathons, actively promoting our LLM and Agentic AI strategy to both technical and industry-specific audiences.
- Collect and synthesize developer feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions concerning LLM inference, training, and deployment tooling.
- Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
What We Need To See

- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for innovation.
- Experience in specific industry verticals with a strong understanding of current trends.
- Expertise in CUDA programming, GPU platforms, and Deep Learning and Machine Learning frameworks.
- A profound understanding of how to effectively engage with developer product and engineering organizations, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of overall experience in an AI and ML software development environment or working with developers in these domains, including at least 3 years in business development.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a distributed team.
- Ability to work independently, coupled with excellent communication skills to drive both customer and internal engagements.
- Proven ability to influence, evangelize, and persuade stakeholders at both operational and executive levels (including engineering and product management) to achieve desired outcomes.
- Capability to execute and accelerate strategic decisions.
- Ability to effectively deliver value propositions tailored to specific industries.
- Commitment to ensuring a positive experience for external customers and partners while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

- Strong industry knowledge, with direct experience in Retail, Media & Entertainment within the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms such as CUDA, Triton, and NeMo.
- A track record of designing and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.
