About the Role: Director, Platform Quality Engineering
This role for NVIDIA Omniverse, our developer platform for Physical AI and digital twins, requires strong leadership to define a quality strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate across engineering, product, and QA teams.
- Define and execute a comprehensive quality strategy.
- Drive adoption of standards including test automation and chaos engineering.
- Establish quality metrics and lead scalable automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate quality early in the development lifecycle.
- Implement AI-assisted testing and maintain continuous platform performance.
What We Need To See
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years overall experience with 6+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in quality engineering principles, CI/CD practices, and automated testing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital twin, Physical AI, or robotics is a plus.
