About the Role
The Auto Industrial AI Business Development Leader at NVIDIA will drive growth in Industrial AI and Digital Twin opportunities within the automotive industry. Leveraging NVIDIA’s advanced AI and Digital Twin platforms, the role focuses on developing next-generation computing technologies including Omniverse Digital Twins, CAE-HPC, GenAI for Design, Physics AI, and AI applications in Manufacturing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with automotive customers and internal teams to develop growth strategies for Omniverse and Industrial AI opportunities.
- Increase demand for Industrial AI workloads by working with BD teams for GenAI, CAE, and Robotics.
- Empower field teams and partners with NVIDIA platform expertise and marketing assets.
- Work with partners such as CSP, GSI/SDP, ISV DevRel to build an ecosystem driving Industrial AI adoption.
- Manage revenue pipeline and forecasts, collaborating with sales and Finance teams.
- Drive lighthouse engagements to support new platform releases in Industrial AI.
- Represent automotive customer insights to inform future product roadmap development.
What We Need To See
- 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in sales and business development in tech.
- Proven expertise in digital twin, metaverse, AI, immersive experience, and next-generation internet technologies.
- Experience managing full solution lifecycle from business case to joint marketing.
- Ability to collaborate across global and matrixed teams.
- Skilled in structuring and negotiating complex agreements.
- Effective at cross-functional GTM leadership and running sales/RTM activation programs.
- An advanced degree in Business or Engineering is a plus.

Experience in immersive 3D, digital twins, metaverse, SDR, and XR is highly valued. A deep understanding of the digital twin landscape and key delivering partners adds an edge.
Compensation & Benefits
Cash compensation is determined by location, experience, with 85% base salary and 15% variable. Additional equity and benefits are available.
