Asset Management Associate

The Asset Management Associate plays a critical role in supporting the asset management team in managing portfolios of CPACE loans. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple states and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new loans onto the servicing platform and monitor repayments.
  • Update the servicing system and report on delinquencies.
  • Ensure proper billing of C-PACE on property bills and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with payoff statements and lien release documents.
  • Support operations, construction monitoring, and special servicing projects such as process improvements, data reconciliation, investor reporting, and research.

Educational & Experience Requirements

University degree preferred. No prior work experience required though 1+ years in commercial real estate or servicing is preferred.

Additional Details

This role involves a sedentary work environment in a collaborative in-office setting. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience, along with a competitive benefits package.
