What You'll Do
As the Senior Advisor - Internal Communications, you will help 4,000+ employees stay informed, represented, connected and supported. You will:
- Advise and deliver best-practice internal communications for people-focused projects and Town Halls.
- Lead the development and rollout of communication plans and campaigns aimed at boosting employee engagement.
- Translate complex or technical information into clear and accessible messages.
- Develop and manage engaging content across newsletters, intranet, and digital media channels.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Safety teams to support a strong safety culture and ensure timely, accurate communications.
What You'll Bring
