Overview

NutraQ is seeking two hourly Customer Service Assistants for our team handling concepts such as VitaePro and Oslo Skin Lab. This role is suitable for early career individuals or experienced professionals with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound customer calls for the Finnish market and/or proactively contacting customers by phone. You will also be expected to engage in sales activities during each customer interaction.

  • Handle incoming customer phone calls.
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers.
  • Utilize every customer interaction as a sales opportunity.
  • Maintain high-quality communication in Finnish; Swedish is a plus and English is used internally.

Working Hours
