About the Role: Customer Care Assistant

Join our team at NutraQ as a Customer Care Assistant. We are seeking two part-time individuals for our customer service team responsible for handling incoming customer calls for our Finnish market as well as proactively contacting customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls in Finnish.
  • Proactively contact customers by phone.
  • Promote sales potential during every customer interaction.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills in Finnish, with additional advantage if you know Swedish and English.

What We Offer

You will work with supportive colleagues in a friendly atmosphere in Pasilan.
