About the Role: Customer Care Assistant
Join our team at NutraQ as a Customer Care Assistant. We are seeking two part-time individuals for our customer service team responsible for handling incoming customer calls for our Finnish market as well as proactively contacting customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls in Finnish.
- Proactively contact customers by phone.
- Promote sales potential during every customer interaction.
- Utilize excellent communication skills in Finnish, with additional advantage if you know Swedish and English.

What We Offer
You will work with supportive colleagues in a friendly atmosphere in Pasilan. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 16:30, for 0-30 hours weekly, starting as soon as possible.
