About the Role
At Numerator, we are reinventing the market research industry. As a Research Consultant, you will be an essential member of the Survey Research team empowering leading brands with critical consumer insights. You will serve as a trusted advisor responsible for project management and research design, from scoping and proposal writing to analysis and delivery of actionable insights, ensuring high impact for your clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact to drive engagement and strong relationships.
- Manage full project lifecycle including design, execution, and analysis.
- Develop research design elements like questionnaires, sample selection, and analytical plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior team members.
- Travel as required to support client projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of quantitative research experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Detail oriented with a talent for data visualization and actionable insights.
