In this role, as a Platform Research Specialist, you will ensure the highest quality survey experience for clients and panelists through our Verified Voices In-Platform Research.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting quality-control reviews on client-submitted questionnaires.
  • Applying survey best practices to ensure clear and effective data collection.
  • Advising clients on navigating Numerator's web-based research platform.
  • Providing prompt and professional customer support for client inquiries.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain superior quality standards and drive platform growth.
  • Engaging in internal initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and client support tools.

Working Hours

This role operates Monday through Friday with set hours (10 AM to 6 PM PT / 11 AM to 7 PM MT / 12 PM to 8 PM CT) and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer, SPSS).
  • A client-service mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work independently.
