About the Role

As Sales Operations Manager, you will be the strategic and operational backbone for Numeral's sales organization. You will build systems, manage forecasting, optimize sales funnels, and unlock insights from data.

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead weekly roll-ups, scenario planning, and pipeline health tracking.
  • GTM Process Optimization: Define sales stages, funnel metrics, and maintain SLA adherence.
  • Systems & Tooling: Oversee Salesforce architecture and integrations with tools like Outreach and Nooks.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build dashboards for key metrics including bookings and ACV.
  • TAM Mapping & Segmentation: Collaborate on opportunity distribution and market segmentation strategies.
  • Win/Loss Analysis & Product Insights: Analyze sales outcomes and provide feedback for product and strategy improvement.
  • Lifecycle Management: Work cross-functionally to track customer needs and retention signals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Salesforce administration, reporting, and workflow configuration.
  • Proven expertise in sales analytics, forecasting models, and pipeline metrics.
  • Strong data acumen with the ability to synthesize insights from raw data.
  • Operational builder mentality with a focus on system improvement.
  • Comfortable leading meetings with both sales reps and executives.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or similar.
  • Creating TAM maps and market penetration strategies.
  • Evaluating and implementing new sales tools like Outreach and Nooks.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and enterprise dynamics.
