Numeral is building the automation backbone for internet commerce — starting with sales tax compliance. We offer a white-glove service so e-commerce and SaaS businesses can focus on growing their products, customers, and teams.

About the Role
As a Growth team member at Numeral, you will work at the intersection of experimentation and execution, owning projects across paid media, ABM, content and creator partnerships, website optimization, lifecycle marketing and exploring new channels.
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale new customer acquisition channels.
- Co-own paid media campaigns with focus on CAC and revenue impact.
- Build and refine the total addressable market (TAM).
- Develop and manage creator and content partnerships.
- Optimize website and conversion funnels through CRO experimentation.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align growth initiatives.
- Stand-up new market segments beyond ecommerce or SaaS.
Qualifications
- 2–8 years in growth, marketing, or a founding role at a startup.
- Demonstrable track record in driving measurable acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in using dashboards and attribution models.
- Familiarity with ABM and outbound strategies.
- Experience in building or enriching TAM datasets and frameworks.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High ownership and bias towards action.
- Curiosity about leveraging AI tools.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Direct experience with multiple digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Webflow.
- Track record of building growth from 0 to 1.
- Former founder experience.

Compensation Range
$120K - $185K
