About the Role

As a Growth team member at Numeral, you will operate at the intersection of experimentation and execution. You will own projects across paid media, ABM, content and creator partnerships, website optimization, lifecycle marketing, and more. You will work closely with sales and product teams to identify what works and then double down on it.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale new growth channels through testing and validation.
  • Co-own paid acquisition by managing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Build and enrich the TAM through segmentation and data enrichment.
  • Develop creator and content partnerships to drive awareness.
  • Optimize website conversion funnels with continuous testing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and product for aligned messaging.
  • Stand-up new market segments as Numeral expands its reach.

Qualifications

2–8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or as a founder/operator, with a track record of driving measurable acquisition impact. Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is essential along with strong analytical skills and familiarity with ABM strategies. Excellent communication skills and a bias toward rapid execution are crucial. Experience with building TAM datasets and a curiosity about AI tools for automation are added advantages.

Bonus Points

Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce with direct exposure to channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and more. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Sendoso, Webflow, or PartnerStack. A record of growing marketing functions from 0 to 1 and experience as a founder will set you apart.
