The Missions

This is a varied role with multiple facets:

Technical Missions:

• You will benefit from advanced tools; data entry is fully automated.
• The core of this role isn't accounting production; instead, you will supervise and collaborate with a partner who handles the actual accounting production (VAT, tax declarations, balance sheets, etc.).
• Depending on your experience, you may lead the production team.
• You are responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work delivered to clients.

Advisory & Client Relationship Missions:

• You will manage your client portfolio, supporting them throughout the year with their development and routine accounting, tax, and legal questions.
• At year-end, you will independently advise them during the balance sheet meeting.
• By building a strong relationship of trust, you will maintain regular communication to inform clients of their file's progress, anticipate their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
• You will actively contribute to word-of-mouth referrals and the firm's growth.

With an accounting background, you have at least two years of experience in an accounting firm.
