Role Overview: Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for tech roles in engineering, product, and analytics across North America and LATAM. You will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for tech roles.
  • Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Source and engage passive candidates creatively.
  • Deliver high-touch, values-driven candidate experiences.
  • Utilize data to enhance recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with employer branding, people analytics, and HR teams.
  • Contribute to diversity hiring and inclusive recruiting.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • Strong grasp of tech talent landscape in the US and LATAM.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem, and ATS systems like Greenhouse.
  • Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
