Job Overview
NU Advisory Partners is seeking a visionary, analytically rigorous executive for the role of SVP, Growth. In this role, you will architect and lead strategic planning and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment between go-to-market priorities, product investments, and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth Architecture:
- Design and lead the integrated strategic planning process.
- Partner with senior leadership to define long-term growth strategies.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate and prioritize high-value opportunities.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market analyses on customer segments and trends.
- Identify new market entry or expansion opportunities with ROI models.
- Lead strategic recommendations for geographic or vertical expansions.
M&A and Strategic Investments:
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investments.
- Collaborate on transaction execution and integration planning.
Product & Portfolio Strategy:
- Partner with product and finance leaders to assess the product portfolio.
- Align roadmap prioritization with corporate objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional strategic planning efforts, strong financial modeling and strategic thinking skills, and hands-on knowledge of technology-driven business models and key SaaS metrics. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to C-level executives and boards are required. A Bachelor’s degree is essential, with an MBA strongly preferred.
