About the Project Manager Role
The Project Manager at NTT DATA leads a team of IT professionals including architects, developers, analysts, testers, and administrators. The role focuses on client relationship management, process enforcement, and successful testing and implementation of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise IT roles including architects, developers, analysts, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partner agencies.
- Ensure requirements and SDLC processes lead to successful implementation.
- Monitor, track, and schedule team tasks using client tools.
- Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in health/human/social services IT project management.
- Minimum 4 years in project requirements management.
- Experience with SDLC processes and tools.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years Child Welfare, Child Support or HHS program experience.
- 8-10 years leading technical services on large-scale legacy applications.
- PMP certification required; Agile training preferred.
