About the Role
The Financial Services Senior Project Manager at NTT DATA will lead multiple medium-to-large projects or one highly complex project. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and lead initiatives that contribute to the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise project teams to ensure project delivery
- Coach, motivate, and guide employees while checking work quality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Utilize Agile and/or waterfall methodologies to drive performance
- Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Experience as a project manager or business analyst
- 2+ years consulting experience with daily customer engagement
- Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing Platform Conversion (AFSVision or Loan IQ)
- Management consulting experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Global cross-functional team collaboration
