Overview

NTT DATA is seeking an outgoing Business Support Analyst to provide excellent customer service support through Chat and Emails. In this role, you will handle product inquiries, address service issues, and build customer confidence with your friendly and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
  • Process and log incoming chats/emails into the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and escalate inquiries appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to resolve service issues.
  • Coordinate training and mentoring for new team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Voice/Chat support, proficient computer skills using Windows applications, and previous experience in the insurance industry handling life insurance and annuity policies. A typing speed of 35 wpm is required along with strong communication skills in both oral and written formats.

Schedule & Additional Information

The position requires availability Monday through Saturday (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) with potential overtime as per business needs.
