Business Support Analyst Role Overview
We are seeking an outgoing customer service associate to assist customers with product inquiries swiftly, proficiently, and in a friendly manner. In this Business Support Analyst role at NTT DATA, you will handle customer queries via chat and email while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers via chat/email.
- Process and log incoming chats/emails into the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and escalate inquiries where necessary.
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Coordinate training and mentoring for new team members.
- Analyse and clear team inquiries and address them appropriately.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years' experience in voice/chat support.
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and software tools.
- At least 12 months of detail-oriented experience in a communication role.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry handling life insurance and annuity policies.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Availability to work Monday-Saturday with potential overtime.
