Business Support Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking an outgoing customer service associate to assist customers with product inquiries swiftly, proficiently, and in a friendly manner. In this Business Support Analyst role at NTT DATA, you will handle customer queries via chat and email while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers via chat/email.
  • Process and log incoming chats/emails into the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and escalate inquiries where necessary.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Coordinate training and mentoring for new team members.
  • Analyse and clear team inquiries and address them appropriately.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in voice/chat support.
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications and software tools.
  • At least 12 months of detail-oriented experience in a communication role.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry handling life insurance and annuity policies.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm.
  • Availability to work Monday-Saturday with potential overtime.
