Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a Business Support Analyst to provide outstanding front-line customer service. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and proficient in handling customer inquiries via chat and email with a professional and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
- Process and log incoming chats/emails in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and escalate inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and insurance industry processes.
- Coordinate training and mentoring activities for new team members.
- Analyse and clear team inquiries, collaborating with stakeholders as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in voice/chat support with scheduled shifts.
- Proficient with Windows PC applications, navigating screens and learning new software.
- At least 12 months experience in roles requiring high attention to detail and accountability.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm and effective communication skills.
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with life insurance and annuity policies.
Working Hours
Required schedule availability is Monday-Saturday (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) with potential overtime based on business requirements. Shift timings may change as per client requirements.
