What You’ll Be Doing

In this role as Senior DevOps Engineer AWS, you will architect and implement a secure and scalable AWS environment in China, modeled after our COSY platform. Responsibilities include:

• Architecting and implementing a secure AWS environment.
• Designing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines and source control with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Operating and troubleshooting Linux systems.
• Collaborating with global teams and aligning with company infrastructure standards.
• Driving automation to streamline deployments and improve developer experience.
• Ensuring compliance with security best practices and local requirements.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices.

What You’ll Bring Along

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar DevOps or cloud engineering role.
• Solid expertise in AWS infrastructure design and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, and Linux.
• Experience in building and maintaining cloud-native environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Programming experience in Python and/or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tooling such as Kubernetes, monitoring solutions, and GitOps frameworks.
