Position Overview

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Systems Administration Senior Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a Senior Windows Engineer within the Datacenter Transformation Center of Excellence (COE), working to analyze current x86/x64 architectures, design future state solutions, and lead transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current Windows server inventories and workloads.
• Design Future Mode of Operation (FMO) for transformed environments.
• Migrate Windows workloads using tools like VMconverter or PlateSpin.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on integration projects.
• Lead troubleshooting, system backup, and restoration tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT and a minimum of 6 years professional experience, with 8+ years in Senior Windows Administration and 5+ years in Active Directory Infrastructure. Proven experience in virtualization, distributed networks, and use of scripting (PowerShell, Unix Shell, VB, SQL, etc.) is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

This remote role offers a starting pay range of 100k to 150k, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, disability coverage, and paid time off.
