Position Overview

The Systems Administration Senior Specialist at NTT DATA North America is a senior Windows Engineer role based in Atlanta, GA. You will analyze x86/x64 architectures, design and implement transformation solutions, and troubleshoot Windows workloads in modern environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers on data center transformation activities.
  • Manage workload integration projects independently.
  • Act as a liaison among customers, vendors, and teams.
  • Document existing Windows server inventory and system dependencies.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and troubleshoot outages.
  • Migrate legacy Windows servers to virtual environments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience.
  • 8+ years of senior-level Windows administration experience.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments and SSL certificates.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, UNIX shell scripting, VBScript, and SQL scripting.
