About the Scrum Master Role
NTT DATA North America is seeking a Scrum Master in Bangalore, Karnātaka, India. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, coach Agile teams, and facilitate the adoption of SAFe practices.
Responsibilities
- Coach and support Agile teams in Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Facilitate team and program events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Collaborate with Product and Portfolio Management to ensure alignment.
- Identify and remove impediments for smooth delivery.
- Foster transparency, trust, and collaboration across teams.
- Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may have 3-6 years or 6-9 years of experience in scaling Agile practices. Knowledge in Lean principles and other Agile frameworks is a plus.
