About the Role

NTT DATA North America is seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Services Senior Project Manager to join our Financial Services Consulting Team. This remote but client-facing role requires a strong foundation in management consulting, proven expertise in financial services, and hands-on experience leading complex IT projects across core banking functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple medium-to-large projects or one highly complex project.
  • Define and implement project and program management standards and processes.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the Financial Services industry.
  • Handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to company success.
  • Instruct, direct and check the work of team members.
  • Coach, motivate, and guide employees.
  • Utilize best practices in project management and work assignments.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure compliance with service levels.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years in Financial Services as a project manager or business analyst.
  • 2+ years in a consulting role requiring daily customer engagement.
  • 2+ years leading or participating in IT projects related to core banking functions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Commercial Loan Servicing Platform Conversion (AFSVision or Loan IQ).
  • Experience with Management Consulting firms (Big 4 preferred).
  • Global cross-functional team experience.
  • Product configuration and design knowledge.
