Job Overview
NTT Data is seeking an Epic MyChart and Care Everywhere Configuration/Analyst to join our team working remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and optimize Epic MyChart and Care Everywhere modules to meet organizational needs and improve patient engagement and interoperability workflows
- Lead interoperability efforts, enabling secure data exchange across external providers through Epic Care Everywhere
- Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into system design, build, and configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and external partners on workflow optimization and integration initiatives
- Perform testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and support system upgrades and enhancements
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Provide training, documentation, and end-user support for MyChart functionality and workflows
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, IT, or related field
- Epic MyChart certification required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Epic MyChart configuration, build, and support
- Minimum of 3 years working with Epic Care Everywhere / interoperability workflows and data exchange
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and HL7/integration concepts
- Ability to manage system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Care Everywhere certification preferred
- Experience supporting patient portal and interoperability solutions

Compensation and Benefits
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $60.00-$70.00 hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
