About Cybersecurity & AI Program Manager

NTT DATA North America is hiring a Cybersecurity & AI Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that safeguard enterprise assets and drive AI innovation. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with a remote work setup available. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity and AI programs using Agile methodologies, Jira, Jira Align and value stream management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity and AI programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to align cybersecurity and AI initiatives with enterprise goals.
  • Utilize Jira and Jira Align to plan, track, and report progress.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure program compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of program management experience with at least 3+ years in cybersecurity and exposure to AI initiatives. Must have experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban, and be proficient with tools such as Jira and Jira Align. Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CISSP, or CISM, and familiarity with DevSecOps practices are preferred. Experience in AI program management and integration with cybersecurity, as well as strong customer-facing abilities, will be an advantage.
