Your Day at Technical Architect - Digital Infrastructure
As a Networking Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor transforming business requirements into comprehensive network solutions. You will design network architectures from the communications layer up to entire cloud-integrated hybrid solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing, developing, and recommending long-term strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets current and future demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and transition projects from presales to delivery.
- Develop and manage proofs of concept (POCs) for project success.
- Collaborate with sales teams to influence product pricing, scopes, and rFP/rFI responses.
- Create technical specifications, detailed design documents, and executive summaries.
- Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Requirements
Deep understanding of network protocols, topologies, security, routing, switching, wireless networks, and IP addressing; broad product knowledge, familiarity with IoT, big data, cloud computing, and virtualization. Extensive experience in networking or infrastructure roles, proficiency in project management, strong client engagement and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
