Your Future Responsibilities

  • Your primary goal is the acquisition of new customers in the areas of research, education, healthcare, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • You will identify and build new sales channels and further develop existing ones.
  • Building and maintaining a continuous and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • You will work closely with various internal and external interfaces.
  • Through the targeted use of our technical innovations, you will open up profitable business opportunities and simultaneously help customers improve their own business activities.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • You have gained initial experience in the IT industry after your (university) education and bring knowledge in customer acquisition, strategic customer support, and business development.
  • You already have experience with companies from the healthcare industry and/or the public sector or the private sector.
  • You are driven to pursue new customer acquisition.
  • You have experience in managing offer situations and customer assignments.
  • You are well-versed in at least one of the technology fields: Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace, or Datacenter, and you are confident with business metrics and calculations.
  • Good German language skills are a "must-have" and good English.
