Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor
NTT DATA is seeking an exceptional, innovative, and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor. This is a 100% Remote position within North America. Summary
As a Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the build of valuable products that meet customer needs. You will lead the product vision and definition from a multifunctional perspective, bringing knowledge of business, design, and technology to guide solutioning. You will work in close partnership with GTM Specialists, leading technical solution development and ensuring solution-client alignment. Your role will involve advising clients on how proposed solutions satisfy needs over the product lifecycle and guiding digital transformation across multiple business areas and agile methodologies.
Core Responsibilities
Solution Development & Architecture
- Lead teams to propose feasible and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and technology leaders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Lead efforts to modernize and transform digital solutions, aligning with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital solutions.
Client Engagement & Solution Vision
- Plan and lead client conversations to understand and set vision and direction for new products and solutions.
- Develop models illustrating product/solution value to customers.
- Create customer-centric ROI models aligned with expected value.
- Adjust models based on changing market needs and define target scope for engagements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
Pursuit & Sales Support
- Active Pursuit Leadership: Lead daily engagement with proposal teams and Client Partners, develop approach and response format, act as technical SME, coordinate with Practice POCs, and manage response timelines.
- Sales Process Enhancement: Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to improve sales effectiveness, identify process improvements, create standardized sales enablement processes, and ensure consistency across sales activities.
Solution Playbook & Offering Development
- Development & Documentation: Create detailed Solution Playbooks and repeatable Offerings, determine custom approaches, and map case studies to client requirements.
- Implementation & Customization: Reference and implement relevant playbooks/offerings, customize them for specific opportunities, and ensure they meet client requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor effectiveness, refine based on feedback and lessons learned, and maintain currency with emerging technologies and best practices.
Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of organizational capabilities in digital solution architecture.
