Your Mission

  • Developing scalable Service Desk solutions including agentic AI, UX monitoring, and automation – tailored to customer requirements in RFIs/RFPs
  • Conducting workshops to identify technical challenges and customized support strategies
  • Presenting product demos and proof-of-concepts with a focus on value creation and innovation of the solution
  • Advising on tools such as Nexthink, Lakeside, and AI-powered support solutions to optimize UX and efficiency
  • Creating technical offers, diagrams, and RFP responses in close coordination with delivery teams
  • Close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and providers for continuous solution optimization
  • Developing technical content, whitepapers, and presentations to position successful customer solutions

Your Skills

Must-have:

  • 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting in the IT/customer support environment
  • Deep knowledge in ITSM (e.g., ITIL), incident/request management, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
  • Practical experience with UX monitoring (Nexthink, Lakeside) and agentic AI (chatbots, virtual agents, automation)
  • Ability to convincingly demonstrate complex solutions and create technical content
  • As a structured team player with enormous initiative, you possess strong moderation and presentation skills, as well as business-fluent German and English skills (at least C1/C2)

Certifications like:

  • TOGAF, ITIL, AI/Data Analytics, and cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
  • Customer orientation, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and ability to build trusting relationships
