What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure stability and functionality of IT infrastructure by promptly resolving incidents.
• Design, support, and maintain middleware solutions using WebLogic and the LAMP stack.
• Develop and implement middleware solutions that support business applications.
• Integrate and maintain data consistency among varied systems and applications.
• Monitor and tune middleware services for optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and collaborate across IT teams.
• Document middleware architecture, design, configurations, and actions taken for incidents.
• Implement security best practices and manage both cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a similar role with strong middleware expertise.
• Expertise in WebLogic and LAMP stack, with hands-on cloud experience.
• Familiarity with additional middleware (IBM WebSphere, JBoss) and DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, security principles, and both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Proven leadership, customer focus, time-management, and detailed problem-solving skills.
