Senior Innovation Tech Advisor

About the Role

The Solution Line Advanced Technologies & Innovation at NTT DATA Italia is expanding its Tech Advisory team. This group focuses on ideating, supporting, and managing innovative offerings in areas such as AI, LLM, Blockchain, Robotics, Computer Vision, HMI, Advanced Immersive Realities (AR/VR/XR), Digital Twin, and Smart Spaces. The selected individual will join a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow as a Tech Advisor/Business Engager, participating in innovative and challenging projects for clients in both public administration (PA) and private sectors.

Your Contribution

• Ideate, produce, and present technical-commercial proposals for the use of innovative technologies that add value for clients.
• Identify client needs within assigned sectors.
• Integrate business, process, context, and organizational aspects of the assigned sector with innovative technologies to identify and develop successful client use cases.
• Support and maintain contact with internal stakeholders (market, domain experts) and external stakeholders (clients, partners), both remotely and through on-site travel.
• Define market and client requirements for technology teams.
• Analyze innovative market trends, anticipate client needs, and support the adoption of innovative technologies in the medium and long term.
• Set up, plan, and manage experimentation projects or proof of value for the devised innovative proposals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in STEM or Economics fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid work experience in tech advisory within complex enterprise contexts.
• Organizational and planning skills (attention to timing, cost, effort, quality).
• Initiative and openness to new ideas, with strong curiosity and passion for new technological trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy.
• Propensity for continuous learning on the applicability of innovative technological domains like AI, LLM, Blockchain, Robotics, Computer Vision, HMI, Advanced Immersive Realities (AR/VR/XR), Digital Twin, and Smart Spaces.

Nice To Have

• Experience in Public Administration (PA) or Healthcare sectors.
• Functional expertise in PA and Healthcare.
