A Lead Data Strategy Consultant (w/m/x) is sought for this diverse environment, who is knowledgeable in the field of data strategy and wants to build and shape the area as a technical leader.

Your Mission

• You will support projects and workshops and present the results to our clients.
• You will develop concrete recommendations for building a data-driven company.
• You will advise in all areas of data strategy, including strategy, governance, modeling, cataloging, and architecture, as well as data and AI-based use cases.
• With your business and technological know-how, you will also communicate at the C-level.
• As part of a dynamic Data Expert team, you will be the link between business units, data scientists, and IT.
• You will advise internal and external clients on innovation and use case management.
• You will support the acquisition of new client projects, maintain and develop client relationships, and independently take responsibility for relevant subject areas.
• You will work on the development and support of the implementation of digital and data-driven business models.

Your Skillset

• You have a successfully completed technical degree and several years of experience in a strategy, innovation, in-house, or management consulting firm with expertise in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Organization.
• Ideally, you have experience in the development of digital products and services and in leading consulting projects and teams.
• You master innovation consulting methods such as Lean Start-Up and Design Thinking, as well as agile approaches like Scrum and Kanban.
• A good understanding of product development and its technical implementation characterizes you.
• You are assertive, eloquent, and proactive, act independently, and always strive for results.
• High customer orientation and the ability to think interdisciplinarily and convince stakeholders of your ideas are part of your personality.
• Fluent language skills in German and English complete your profile.
