Your Mission as a Senior Account Manager Cybersecurity
- You will support our long-standing customers in all matters related to IT Security and proactively acquire new customers and additional business.
- You will collaborate with Client Executives or Client Partners of our strategic accounts and integrate project delivery managers from our sister companies.
- You will actively maintain and build relationships with selected technology partners.
- You will use customer appointments, trade fairs, and events to inspire our customers.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of account planning, including the conception and application of adequate strategies for customer approach.
- You will build a relevant pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately reflect them in the forecast.
- You will holistically manage the offer process from acquisition through negotiations to contract conclusion and also steer the Opportunity Teams.
Your Skillset
- You have initial sales experience in IT Security, IT services/Managed Security Services, and product business.
- You possess very good knowledge in developing sales strategies, from account planning to acquisition and offer processes.
- Ideally, you have a personal network and relationships with important decision-makers in the relevant industry.
- You are a sales-driven personality with strong customer orientation, persuasiveness, and pronounced consulting competence, also in an intercultural context.
- You are proficient in MS Office & Salesforce.
- You have a high willingness to travel and are fluent in English.
