What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure stability and functionality of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Design, support, and troubleshoot middleware solutions using WebLogic and LAMP stack, for on-premises and cloud.
  • Develop and implement middleware solutions to support business applications.
  • Integrate and maintain seamless communication between disparate systems.
  • Monitor, tune, and optimize middleware performance and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and documentation of middleware architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with database administrators, developers, and IT teams.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and support on-premises environments to ensure business continuity.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement resolution plans.

What You'll Bring Along

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in middleware engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in WebLogic and LAMP stack technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with middleware technologies like IBM WebSphere and JBoss.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
  • In-depth understanding of network protocols, security principles and server platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills complemented by strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with significant attention to detail.
