About the Data Engineer Role
The Data Engineer at NTT DATA Europe & Latam is responsible for developing and maintaining complex ETL processes using Informatica IDMC, designing and implementing SQL-based data transformations in Snowflake, and collaborating with the team on cloud-based data architecture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows with Informatica IDMC.
- Design and implement SQL-based transformations in Snowflake.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows.
- Develop data quality monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical documentation and support for business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field with a minimum of 3 years professional work experience. Experience in data integration, analysis, cloud technologies, and Python is essential. Additionally, expertise in SQL, Informatica IDMC workflows, and agile development (Jira/Confluence) is required. Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau and experience in the financial industry are desirable.
