We are expanding our capabilities in Conversational AI, building intelligent assistants across voice and text channels—web, mobile apps, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams—using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (GPT) and platforms such as Dialogflow CX, BotFramework Composer, Watson Assistant, and Cognigy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performing technical and functional analysis of requirements.
  • Designing and implementing conversational assistants tailored to client needs.
  • Ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Leading and mentoring team members in developing solutions and building capabilities.
  • Overseeing the construction, testing, and documentation of solution components.
  • Presenting and defending technical decisions and solution models to both internal teams and clients.
  • Participating in project planning and estimation, contributing to delivery strategy.

What You'll Bring Along

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing microservices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Ability to work independently with stakeholders and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with virtual assistants, AI, machine learning, and NLP algorithms is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of NLU technologies (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex) is a plus.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
