The Role
Are you an energetic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for people and process? We’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our high-performing Recruitment & Talent team, helping to shape the future workforce of our organisation.
In this vital role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process, covering everything from job postings and interview coordination to candidate communication and system management. Your dedication to providing a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers will make you a key driver of our talent strategy.
We are looking for someone who is not only organised and proactive but also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency. Previous recruitment experience is desirable, as is knowledge of NSW Health policy and ROB experience.
Salary & Benefits
Your salary of $87,813 - $116,824 per annum + super and leave loading is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:
- Free on-site parking at our Malabar office and reduced parking fees at our Olympic Park Office to minimise your commute time.
- Hybrid working environment – a mix of office & work from home with the expectation of 1 day in the Malabar office every week.
