In This Role, You Will

  • Design, deploy, and manage hybrid infrastructure integrating on-premises systems with Azure and AWS Native and VMC environments.
  • Lead modernization and migration of legacy systems to hybrid cloud architectures with deep knowledge of VCF platforms, NSX-T, vSAN, and FC storage for multi-domain environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and leverage scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and configuration management.
  • Build and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift) with LCM and VCF Operations Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hybrid strategies, secure architectures, and cloud landing zones.
  • Apply DevOps and Agile practices to enhance reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency of hybrid systems.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive demonstrated experience in systems engineering or infrastructure, including hybrid cloud environments (Azure & AWS) and VMC environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V, as well as experience in patch management and application deployment using Microsoft SCCM.
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes at scale, advanced Infrastructure as Code expertise particularly with Terraform, and strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and ITIL-based processes via ServiceNow.
