The Primary Care and Community Health Unit consists of 9 centres that provide a range of services for children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their carers. Our services range from health promotion, prevention and early detection through to assessment, treatment and continuing care. Our staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care across our centres, in people’s homes, other community venues as well as virtual care (telehealth).
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Administration Coordinator to join our Lemongrove Campus in a Full Time Temporary role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high quality community based aged care services.
In this position, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative and clinical support services to ensure the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) achieves its objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner. You will work closely with multidisciplinary clinicians, case managers, and leadership staff to support service coordination and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Demonstrated skills and experience in providing Administration Support to a small team
- Demonstrated strong computer skills including extensive experience with word processing, data entry, procurement and/or rostering systems
- Demonstrated experience with record keeping systems
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a busy work environment
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence acceptable subject to obtaining a full NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment) and willingness to use for work purposes. This may include driving long distances across the LHD.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
