About the School Hubs Coordinator Role
This position is within the Community Programs department at NSW Health. The School Hubs Coordinator role supports and coordinates Community Hub Leaders across primary schools in the Fairfield and Bankstown LGAs. The role is focused on empowering refugee and migrant parents and carers through place-based programs.

Role Responsibilities
- Support Community Hub Leaders across Fairfield and Bankstown areas.
- Coordinate programs that empower refugee and migrant parents.
- Collaborate with school principals and community partners.
- Travel locally in Southwest Sydney and occasionally interstate.
- Provide clinical services via Telehealth when required.
Key Selection Criteria
Applicants must address their qualifications and experience in social, health, education or community services, along with demonstrated skills in negotiation, report writing, data management, and autonomous working. Experience in coordinating inter-disciplinary teams and meeting cultural diversity challenges is essential.
Conditions of Employment & Benefits
This is a temporary part-time role (28hrs per week) on parental leave cover until 30 April 2027, with flexible work practices and professional development opportunities.
