An opportunity to work in a diverse team across multi-faceted roles. The purpose of this position is to support revenue maximisation across SWSLHD through the provision of high quality, efficient and effective administration functions. The position works with various internal (revenue teams at each hospital, clinicians, administrative staff) and external stakeholders (health funds, insurances, patients.) This is a temporary full-time position until June 2026, being an in-office role located at Liverpool Hospital, Eastern Campus, offering the opportunity to work alongside passionate colleagues in a dynamic environment.

They will ensure patient receipting and debt recovery tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, directly supporting revenue optimisation and cash‑flow improvement across SWSLHD. They will thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility, respect for colleagues, and an understanding of shared workloads. With a proactive and reliable approach, the ideal candidate will willingly assist others to meet deadlines and contribute to a positive and cohesive team culture within the Revenue Team.
